Spinal Stenosis is a fancy medical term for closing off of the space in between your spinal vertebrae (bones) and your spinal cord.

Two types of Stenosis usually occur when you have back pain or leg pain. Stenosis can happen as a result of bone growing (some call it arthritis) or calcium bone spurs as commonly described.
